Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using this site. Any purchase from the Cornish T shirt factory website constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions as detailed below.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your own monitor, we cannot guarantee products will be precisely the same colour as viewed at home. Sizing of text to the shirt may vary slightly from images dispalyed.  All products have been fairly described.

All garment sizes are approximate and for guidance only.

The photographs for each item are only shown as a guide. In some instances the item you receive may not exactly match the item shown.

We cannot be held responsible for damage caused to garments that have been washed incorrectly.  Please follow manufacturer instructions on t shirt label.  We recommend unless stated not to iron directly onto the surface of the decoration.

We have tried and tested our garments ourselved and we endeavour to always choose a quality produced garment ie Fruit Of The Loom, Gildan etc however we reserve the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality without notification.

All items are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time should it not meet our high quality standards.

All information including prices are correct at the time of publishing.

Delivery

We will endeavor to dispatch your order within 5 working days.

We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods ordered are not available.

P&P

A delivery charge applies to all orders.

UK postage is Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED or

 If you live outside of the UK then our please contact us for postage rates. These items will be sent standard Airmail.

Charges are  quoted  at the time you place an order.  For orders outside the UK we may need to contact you.   The Cornish T shirt Factory cannot be responsible for items delayed or lost due to post/courier failure.

For items sent 2nd class or overseas proof of posting is obtained.  Please contact Royal Mail if in item is lost in transit.  Any item lost in post/transit will be subject to a refund only at the discretion of Royal Mail/Courier

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.

PAYMENT -  Paypal

We are currently in the process of switching to Paypal.

Our site and payment processing methods are SSL Certified and PSI/DSS Compliant in accordance to regulatory Banking rules ensuring a safe way to process your payment

We do not keep any credit card details on record.
Your email address is stored for our records only  and will not be sold or transferred onto any other party.

 Returns/ personalised items

 Due to the unique nature of our products, we are unable to give refunds on garments that have been printed as per your specifications.

 a)    Therefore, returns will only be accepted for personalised items if:

 b)    Products contain a manufacturer defect.

 c)    *We cannot give refunds or exchange goods that are ordered incorrectly. Please check your order.

Returns Other

 We are happy to refund or replace any Cornish t shirt factory"stock  product" that is deemed to be faulty or garments where the size is unsuitable  within 14 days of purchase date.  When sending returns we ask that you return the item to us unused and in the original packaging. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; please remember to get proof of postage, we recommend you send items via recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us. Goods are your responsibility until we have received them.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Cancellation

 All cancellations must be in writing and e-mailed to shop@speedyprints.co.uk or Tel/fax to:  01752 845755 within 8 hours of placing your order.   Orders will be processed beyond this time and charges will be made.

The Cornish T shirt factory reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove any of the goods on this site.
